Gigabyte EEC Filing Lists NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, AMD Radeon RX 7600

Gigabyte recently made a filing on the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), listing not one, but two GPU models, both from NVIDIA and AMD. The GPUs in question are the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and Radeon RX 7600, both of which are unreleased.

In total, the Gigabyte EEC filing contained a total of nine SKUs for the RTX 4060 Ti and two for the RX 7600. Stating the obvious, it’s clear which card the Taiwanese brand is giving more love to; as it has done with previous GPUs, Team Green’s unreleased entry-level/mid-range GPU is getting the red carpet treatment, with lineups ranging from the basic Windforce. All the way up to its enthusiast-grade AORUS Extreme SKU. Below is the list of those cards:

  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti AORUS Extreme 8GB (GV-N406TAORUS E-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti AERO OC 8GB (GV-N406TAERO OC-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti AERO 8GB (GV-N406TAERO-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Gaming OC 8GB (GV-N406TGAMING OC-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Gaming 8GB (GV-N406TGAMING-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Eagle OC 8GB (GV-N406TEAGLE OC-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Eagle 8GB (GV-N406TEAGLE-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti WindForce OC 8GB (GV-N406TWF2OC-8GD)
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti WindForce 8GB (GV-N406TWF2-8GD)

By comparison, the number of Radeon RX 6700 GPUs Gigabyte is setting aside is technically four times less. In fact, it’s only relegating the AMD GPU to one SKU, which is its Gaming lineup and more specifically, a standard Gaming and special Gaming OC Edition. On a related note, one rumour suggests that AMD intends to launch its entry-level RDNA3 GPU on 25 May, while the RTX 4060 Ti still doesn’t have a launch date.

With regards to AMD’s Radeon lineup, the one SKU that you do not see on the Gigabyte EEC listing is any mention of a GPU in between the 7900 XTX, 7900 XT, and the 7600 cards. Luckily for us, however, the Korean PC Tech enthusiast 포시포시 (@harukaze5719), or just harukaze, managed to take a snapshot of a list from a Reddit post that mentions a 7800 XT, 7700 XT, and a beefier 7950 XTX and 7950 XT. Out of the cards listed, the 7800 XT is expected to be based on AMD’s Navi 32 GPU, while the alleged 7950 XTX and XT cards should still be running on the Navi 31 architecture.

It goes without saying that this bit of news should be taken with the usual consumption of sodium, seeing how there is still no official word from both sides, let alone Gigabyte. However, given the alleged 25 May launch for the AMD Radeon RX 7600, it is possible that we could see said cards during Computex this year.
